Sullivan Consulting offers highly specialized expert witness services in a variety of criminal and civil matters. Our forensic accounting services provide an accounting analysis suitable to the court, which will form the basis for discussion, debate and ultimately controversy resolution. While our firm is not authorized to engage in the practice of law, we are retained by, and work closely with client’s attorneys throughout the litigation process as either consulting experts or testifying experts. We typically work under a Kovel agreement, which protects our work product under the attorney-client privilege. Past engagements included investigations by various federal agencies involving:
